Temporary Changes to Business Operations
As we continue to closely monitor developments with COVID-19, the health of our employees and customers, and our responsibility to the community are important to us. In order to limit unnecessary contact, we have decided on the following temporary changes to our business operations:
- As of Saturday, March 21, we have made the decision to close our Showrooms for vehicle sales.
- For clients who have already purchased a vehicle and are awaiting delivery, we will make every effort to schedule your delivery appointment.
Our websites remain active with many resources and online shopping tools, including our online New and Pre-Owned inventory.
We have Customer Communication Specialists available for your online enquiries and our Sales team can facilitate phone and virtual sales consultations for you.
Service and Parts:
Service will be available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for emergency repairs and essential maintenance by appointment only.
Some services such as shuttles and loaner vehicles will be suspended for the time being, in the interest of maintaining social distancing and public health.
Our Retail Parts counter at our dealership will temporarily be closed at this time.
